Balanced lifestyle is a key to healthy and happy life. No starvation or fad diets. Good understanding of food’s nutritional value will allow you to make the right choices, wether you cook at home or go out with friends. Well balanced meal composition will not only help you lose, gain or maintain weight, but it will also improve your mood and energy levels. Healthy food choices also reduce the risk of chronic disease. From a personalized Meal Plan to weekly check-ins I will be here every step of the way to assist you navigating your lifestyle change.

I am a long-time student of Izabella’s but relatively new fitness client. I’m a professional dancer by trade, so regular physical activity is pretty much my norm, but as often comes with age and certain lifestyle changes, I had allowed myself to get a little comfortable. I approached Izabella about personal training with a certain amount of trepidation. I have done it before, but experienced a personal lack of motivation I wasn’t encouraged to change. Izabella did an initial consultation with me that included a super honest discussion about my disappointments and my goals. She has held me accountable – not just to her, but to myself! – in a way I hadn’t imagined possible. (Let’s be real here. I used to hate to work out!) She is encouraging and kind but she won’t take any slack either! It’s the perfect combination for me.
For those of you hesitant to take a real step toward better physical health, Izabella will definitely ease you into the process in a way that works for you. For those of you who may be impatient for change, I say to you, make the commitment and please hang in there. I struggled for easily the first month and a half of my sessions – with my body image, with my time management, and with my motivation – but I’m telling you, I’m now in month 3, and I’m feeling fit, I’m enjoying my workouts, and I’m buying crop tops ON PURPOSE for the first time in my life! It’s worth it. She’s worth it. You’re worth it.

Izabella trains in a very precise manner. She focuses on form a lot, which I know prevents injury and helps me learn the exercises the right way. I always feel that there is a progression from session to session allowing me to see that I am improving. I really like that she listens to my needs, likes and dislikes. I had a major cardiac event. It left me paralyzed on the right side and devoted to physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. A side benefit to COVID during this time is that we all got used to connecting over ZOOM. Despite now living on the west coast, I started a regular practice of working out with Izabella. A year ago I could not raise my hands above breast height. Today, I can easily lift them over my head and am balanced on my feet. I am not who I was two years ago, but who is? My illness has forced me to prioritize my health and through Izabella’s tough and thoughtful workouts I am strong, balanced, and competing in ballroom dance. Life goes on from where we stand. Make the best of it!
